MISSION
Create a sustainable, high margin, low CAPEX/OPEX desert placer gold mining operation, by taking advantage of record high gold prices and applying best mining practices, hiring a dedicated team of people and identifying and mining pay zones within the alluvial gold deposits on GDG’s mining claims.



VALUES THROUGH COMMITMENT
To operate and conduct business in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, to include mitigation measures to protect desert wildlife and habitat, using all electric and/or hybrid pick up trucks, and California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliant equipment as required under California law, with the goal of reducing our habitat disturbance and carbon footprint.

Maximize returns for our employees and shareholders by bringing a "can-do attitude" to the workplace on a daily basis, and measuring our performance with data and metrics.

To ensure productive and ethical working relationships by maintaining transparency up and down the organizational structure, as well as with federal, state, and local agencies with a commitment to benefiting the local communities.
